DI - 238 Diagnosis - Diagnosis-fault diagnosis of electronic and electrical parts
Check if the result is ok?
Yes>go to Step 3.
NO>replace with the same spec bulb or repair the harness of combination light or connector
3. Check the harness and connector between the left high beam relay and the left front grouped lamps
a. Ignition switch:LOCK.
b. Disconnect the connector B004 of left front combination lamp
c. Ignition switch: ON.
d. Take a multimeter voltage gear to measure the voltage
between No. 3 terminal of B004 and grounding.
Standard voltage:
Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value
B004(3)-grounding Storage battery voltage
Check if the result is ok?
Yes> retest the above steps
NO>repair or replace the open harness between the low beam lamp relay to left front combination lamp
4. Check the high beam grounding circuit
a. Ignition switch:LOCK.
b. Disconnect the connector B004 of left front combination lamp
c. Measure the conduction between No.9 terminal of
connector B004 of left front combination lamp with a
multimeter at its resistance position
Standard resistance:
Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value
B004(9)-grounding About 0Ω
Check if the result is ok?
Yes> retest the above steps
NO>repair or replace the harness
