Diagnosis procedure IN
1. Check the driver cab unlocked indicator lamp.

a. Ignition switch: ON. DI
b. When the driver cab is unlocked, the indicator lamp will be on for warning purpose.
c. If the driver cab is locked at this state, the indicator lamp will be off. EG

Check the cab unlocked indicator lamp keeps on or is off.
Yes> (always on) to Step 2. TR
No>(not bright) go to Step 3.
2. Check the driver cab unlocked indicator lamp signal circuit for short circuit. AX

a. Ignition switch: ON.
b. Disconnect the connector G006 of cab unlocked switch. FR
Check whether the driver cab unlocked indicator lamp is off.

Yes > replace the driver cab unlocked switch. ST
NO>go to Step 3.
3. Check the driver cab unlocked indicator lamp signal circuit for short circuit. BR

a. Disconnect the combination instrument connector B014.
BW
b. use a multimeter to measure the resistance between 1#

terminal of cab unlocked switch connector G006 and
earthing. EL
Standard resistance:

Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value

G006(1)- grounding >1MΩ

Check if the result is ok?
Yes>go to Step 4.

NO>repair or replace the signal circuit.
4. Check the driver cab unlocked indicator lamp signal circuit for open circuit

a. Ignition switch: LOCK.
b. Disconnect the connector G006 of cab unlocked switch.
c. Ignition switch: ON.
