Basic inspection IN
Warning

The engine must reach working temperature for basic inspection. The road test, if any, must be done by DI
more than two persons.

Check the barometer.

● The indicating pressure shall not be less than 0.6Mpa.

● When the engine operates at 75% of rated power/speed (1500r/min), the

● The vehicle is forbidden to run when the barometer pointer is within red FR

Check the tachometer. Yes Go to Step 3

● Connect the diagnostic apparatus, select the engine speed.

● Its error shall be within ±70~200r/min. Check if the result is ok?

Check the speedometer. Yes Go to Step 4

● Connect the diagnostic apparatus, select the vehicle speed.

● Respectively check the readings of speedometer at 40, 60 and 80km/h.
3 Reverse failure
● Its error shall be within +5km/h. No
phenomenon list
● The pointer shall not jump at constant speed or constant acceleration.

Check if the result is ok?

Check the generator indicator lamp. Replace the combination

● Ignition switch: ON(ACC). instrument

4 ● The generator indicator lamp shall be on.

Reverse failure
● After the engine is started, the generator indicator lamp shall be off. No
