1. Discharge gear oil

a. Remove the filler plug of final reducer.

b. After removing the oil drain bolt of final reducer, the

final reducer gear oil is discharged.
Caution TR

The discharged final reducer gear oil should be
collected according to regulations. AX

c. After the final reducer gear oil is discharged, install the
drain plug. FR
Torque:

ST
Model 16 T 90~110N•m

Model 22T, 25T 80~120N•m
BR
Caution

Before installing the drain plug, remove the dirt on BW
the drain plug and apply thread-tight adhesive.
2. Fill gear oil EL

a. Fill the gear oil into the final reducer until the oil
overflows from the filling port.
Gear oil: Class GL-585W/90 gear oil

b. Replace the filler screw gasket, install and tighten the
filler plug, and clean the grease.

Torque:

Model 16 T 40~60N•m
Model 22T, 25T 80~120N•m

Caution

Before installing the filler plug, clean the dirt on the
filler plug and apply thread-tight adhesive.

c. After filling, check the oil drain plug for leakage.
