l. Remove the driving bezel gear inner bearing with a

puller.

m. Check the bearing for ablation, peeling, pitting and

excessive wear and other defects, if any, replace.
Caution EG

Replace the bearing with its outer ring together if it is
broken TR

n. Remove the adjustment shims of driving gear bearing.

5. Check the rear axle driving gear
ST
a. Check driving gear spline for damage.

b. Check the thread of mounting place for the driving

gear nut for damage.

c. Check the driving gear for cracks, broken teeth and
BW
other abnormal phenomena, and if any, replace the

driving gear.

d. Measure the outer diameter of the driving bevel gear
guide bearing seat, and if it exceeds the value of wear

limit, the part should be replaced.

6. Assemble the driving bezel gear assembly

a. Install the adjustment shims of driving gear bearing.

b. Place the driving bevel gear inner bearing onto the
driving bevel gear.
c. Press the driving bevel gear inner bearing into the
fitting position with a press.
