AX-84 Axles, Transmission Shafts - Rear Axle

o. Install the cotter pin of driving bezel gear flange nut
and lock it.

7. Install the rear axle driving gear assembly

a. Install the driving bevel gear assembly and adjustment
shims of bearing seat to the final reducer housing.
Caution
During installation, align the oil hole on the bevel gear
bearing with the oil hole on the final reducer housing

b. Install the fixing bolts of bezel gear bearing seat and
tighten them.
Torque:

Model 16 T 190~210N•m

Model 22T, 25T 146~206N•m

8. Measure and adjust the clearance between the main and driven gear of the rear axle final reducer
assembly (see Chapter AX Axles, Transmission Shafts - Rear Axle / Rear Shaft - Rear Axle - Rear Axle
Final Reducer Assembly, Inspection and Adjustment ")
9. Install rear axle final Reducer assembly (See Chapter AX Axles, Transmission Shafts - Rear Axle /
Rear Shaft - Rear Axle - Rear Axle Final Reducer Assembly, Replacement)
