62-212 DIAGNOSIS-HEATER & AIR CONDITIONING

Diagnosis Procedure

1. Check the fuse

(a). Disconnect the battery negative cable.

(b). Check the fuse in fuse box within engine
housing:
Disconnect Normal
• F02(60A)
(c). Check the fuse in fuse box within house:
• F17(5A)
• F33(5A)
• F44(30A)

Is the result normal?
Yes>To step 2.
No >Replace the fuse.

2. Check the start to cut off the relay

(a). Disconnect the battery negative cable.
(b). Unplug the start-up tripping relay R04.

(c). Check the start-up tripping relay R04.
Standard resistance：

Conditions Connect by Specified
multimeter value
Ordinary state 1-2 Existed

Apply the
battery voltage
between the 3-4 ＜ 2Ω
No. 1 and No. 2
pin
Is the result normal?
Yes>To step 3.
No >change start to cut off the relay, to validate whether the fault exists or not.

3. CHECK front blower relay

(a). Disconnect the battery negative cable.
(b). Remove front blower relay R03.
