Apply the power
supply voltage
between the No. 30–87 ＜ 2Ω
85 and No. 86
pin
Is the result normal?
Yes>To step 4.
No >change start to cut off the relay, to validate whether the fault exists or not.

4. Check the wiring harness and connectors (front blower relay - front blower motor)

(a). Disconnect the battery negative cable.

(b). Disconnect front fan connector C40.
(c). Remove front blower relay R03.

(d). Measure the resistance according to values
in the table below.
Standard resistance: (check whether there
is an open circuit)

Connect by Standard value
multimeter

R03(30)—C40(1) ＜ 2 Ω
