(d). Measure the resistance between the No.12
pin of connector C16 on the combination
switch and the grounding.

Connect the pin by
multimeter Specified value 62
C16(12) - Grounding Infinite

Is the inspection result normal?
Yes>To step 5.
No >Repair or replace the harness of the short circuit to ground between C58 and the
combination switch C16.

5. Check the dipped headlight relay

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Pull out the dipped headlight relay R2.

(c). Check the dipped headlight relay R2.

Is the inspection result normal?
Yes>Find the causes from other symptoms.
No >Replace the dipped headlight relay.
