62-320 DIAGNOSIS-LIGHTING SYSTEM

Symptom description：
Turn the combination switch to the "high beam lamp" gear, both sides of the high beam
lamp are not bright.

Diagnosis Procedure

1. Check the fuse

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Open the fuse box cover of the engine chamber.
(c). Take out the high beam lamp fuse F27(15A).
NOTICE:
A special fuse puller is required for removing the fuse. It shall not be directly pulled out by
hand, which will damage the fuse easily.

(d). Check whether the middle fuse wire of the
high beam lamp fuse F27(15A) is fusing.
Disconnect Normal

Check if the fuse is fusing.
Yes>Replace the fuse.
NOTICE:
While replacing the fuse, be sure to replace it with a fuse of the equal ampere rating value.
The high beam fuse value of this vehicle type is 15A.
No ＞ To step 2.

2. Detect the high beam lamp bulb

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Check whether the connectors of the left and right front combination lamp are loose
or falling off.
(c). Remove the bulbs of the left and right front combination lamp.
