6. Check the exhaust VVT valve

(a). Ignition switch: LOCK。
(b). Disconnect the exhaust VVT valve connector E07.
(c). Measure the resistance of the exhaust VVT valve.
Standard resistance ( check the damage of components at room temperature) 62

Multimeter connection Standard value

E07(1)-E07(2) 7.2±0.5Ω

Is the inspection result normal?
YES>To step 7。
No >Replace the exhaustVVTvalve.

7. Replace ECU

(a). Replace the engine ECU.
(b). Using the diagnostic tool performs theDTCconfirmation procedure.
(c). Perform the step of reading the sensor data stream.
(d). Verify no DTC and the normal of data.
