DIAGNOSIS-SUPPLEMENTAL INFLATABLE RESTRAINT SYSTEM (SRS) 62-29
Check if the trouble code exists?
Yes>To step 3.
No >For accidental faults, check whether the plug of the airbag control unit connector is
loosen and eroded.
3. Check SRS control unit 62
(a). Replace with a new SRS control unit.
(b). Connect vehicle diagnostic device, read DTC trouble code under all working
conditions.
Check if the trouble code exists?
Yes>Find the causes from other symptoms.
No >Replace with a new SRS control unit.
