micrometer to measure the piston large
diameter at 12mm from piston pin in the
vertical direction, starting from above the
piston bottom spigot.
Standard piston large diameter: 81.975 ±
0.009 mm

(e). Use the hole gauge to measure the piston 12C
pin hole diameter.
Standard piston pin hole diameter: 21.002
~ 21.006 mm

(f). Check the piston pin, the connecting rod
small end hole and piston pin hole for wear
and damages; if the piston pin, connecting
rod small end hole or piston pin hole is
seriously worn or damaged, replace the
piston pin, connecting rod or piston.
(g). Use the hole gauge to measure the
diameter of the connecting rod small end
hole.
