fixing bolts with the torque of 8± 1.2 N•m
in the sequence as shown in the figure, and

13 then further rotate them by 45°±6.8° .

15 After the oil pan is fitted, do not fill engine oil
until the Loctite 5970 sealant is dried.

(k). Fit a new drain bolt and gasket, and tighten 12C
them with the torque of 30± 3 N•m.

5. Remove the engine oil filter (for the longitudinal engine)
(a). Remove the oil pan weldment (for the longitudinal engine).

(b). Remove the check valve.
•Pry out the claw on the check valve using
the screwdriver wrapped with protection
adhesive tape, and remove the check
valve (arrow direction).
