(g). Align the positioning pin, and Install the oil
pan weldment.
(h). Fix these four corners of the oil pan
weldment using the oil pan weldment fixing
bolts (arrow direction).

(i). Remove the positioning pin.

(j). Install the remaining oil pan weldment

19 bolts, tighten the oil pan weldment fixing

17 bolts with torque of 8±1.2N•m in the
16 sequence as shown in the figure, and then

8 18 continue to rotate them by 45° ±6.8° .

After the oil pan is fitted, do not fill engine oil until
5 9 the Loctite 5970 sealant is dried.

(k). Fit a new drain bolt and gasket, and tighten
them with the torque of 30± 3 N•m.
