(h). Pull out the engine oil dipstick unit, use the non-woven cloth to wipe it and then fit it
in place. Pull out the engine oil dipstick unit again, and check the engine oil level (for
the horizontal engine).
(i). Check the vehicle for leakage after the engine oil is changed.
NOTICE:
In the case of leakage, find out the cause, and repair or replace relevant parts.

4. Replace the engine oil filter element
NOTICE:
The engine oil filter element must be replaced at change of engine oil.

(a). Remove the engine oil filter cover unit
(arrow direction).

(b). Take down the engine oil filter cover seal
ring (arrow direction).

(c). Remove the engine oil filter element in the
arrow direction.
