Booth Activation

Conference Attendees: The attendees will have the opportunity to
provide contact information and engage activities to receive premium items
and a $100 gift certificate for one lucky attendee.

Exhibit Activation Elements – Goal: Collect contact information
at exhibit booth
•Booth setup – Includes (2) banner ups, tv monitor displaying AARP MCL
videos, Flower Wall for Selfie-Cam, Sisters Step & Repeat, caregiving
collateral, Sisters newsletter signup and premium items.

•Data Capture – use Ipads, Cards, Selfie cam, Sisters Newsletter signup,
Massage Therapy and memory block game to capture information – wine
bags, lip balm/mints, eye masks (2,000 pieces total).

•Social media booth activation support as part of call-to-action – Ipad data
capture to enter for $100 gift card giveaway (2 cards – 1 per winner on
Saturday and Sunday). Data goal of 2,000 includes booth data capture and
BWE registrations for event.
