In the endeavour of achieving the Vision and Mission, UM has
established a set of cultures or core values that should be embraced by
all university staff and students. P.O.I.S.E Core Values are the foundation
that fosters a culture that determines and supports the university’s
Vision and Mission. In 2021, five core values have been adopted and
announced to all UM staff and students.
