               There, one will see and (begin to) think seriously that these laws                  ל ָּכ קי ִּתְעֶה ,ת ָּבַשׁ תֶכ ֶּס ַּמִמ 'ב קרֶֶפ ְּב הֶז ןָיְנִעְל א ָּבֶשׁ ְּכ וּלִּאְו
               are no less important than any of the other esureem of the Torah,

               more  serious  than  other  esureem.    (Go  and  take  as  an  object              םָשׁ ,ןוֹשׁ ָּלַה תרַיִמְשׁוּ םיִּיַח ץֵפָח רֶפֵס ךְוֹתִּמ דַמְלִי ךְ ָּכ רַחַאְו
               lesson the example set by the Rif (Rav Alfasi), that he gathered
               together (and codified) a digest of a summary of all of the laws                    ןָיְנִעְל תוֹכָּיַשַּׁה תוֹכָלֲה םיקְִסוֹפַּה ךְוֹתִּמ 'ה תרְַזֶע ְּב י ִּתְצ ַּבקִ

               contained within Shas.  But when he came upon the 2  perek

               quoted  (in  great  detail)  the  entire  discourse  contained  in  the             ןוָֹעֶה ןִמ ַחרְֹבִל שׁיִאָה לַע בוּיִּח ה ָּמַכְו ,וֹקְלֶח ירְֵשַׁא ,ריִהָּזַה
               3  perek of Gemara Arachin that addresses the issue of esurei

               Lashon Hara and esurei Rechilut).  And afterwards, one should                       ,םָמְּיקְַל קֵּזַחְתִיְו דַמְלִי ה ֶּלֵא ל ָּכ תֶא .שֵׁאָה ןִמ ַחרֵוֹב ְּכ הֶּזַה
               learn these laws that have been organized in one central place, in                  וּהרְֵזַעַיְו ,רָבָעֶה לַע וֹל לַחְמִי אוּה ךְוּר ָּב שׁוֹד ּקַָה יא ּדַַו ְּב זָאְו
               Sefer Chafetz Chayim and in Sefer Shemirat HaLashon.  In these
               sefarim I have gathered together and organized with Hashem’s                        ל ָּכֶשׁ ,אוּה ךְוּר ָּב שׁוֹד ּקַָה רֹזֲעַי .דוֹע לֵשׁ ָּכִל אלֶֹּשׁ א ָּבַהְל לַע
               help the halachot promulgated by our Authorities that deal with                     רֵהַמְי יא ּדַַו ְּב זָאְו ,םֵּיקְַל דֹמְלִל הֶּזַה רָב ָּד ַּב וּק ְּסַעְתִי 'ה יֵארְִי
               this subject and the Aggadic teachings that extol the great good
               of one who is careful in this regard.  Praiseworthy is his lot and                   .ןֵמָא וּניֵמָי ְּב הרֵָהְמ ִּב ,וּנֵלֳאָגְל שׁיִחָיְו אוּה ךְוּר ָּב שׁוֹד ּקַָה
               how great is the obligation one has to run away from this sin, as
               one would run away from a fire.  One should learn all of this and
               become strengthened in their observance (in the observance of
               these laws) and with certainty HaKadosh Baruch Hu will forgive
               him for his past sins and help him not to fall again into this sin
               in the future.  HaKadosh Baruch Hu should help all of those who
               are Gd fearing to become involved in this matter and to learn
               and observe these mitzvot.  And then with (absolute) assurance,
               HaKadosh  Baruch  Hu  will  rush  and  bring  closer  our  Geulah,
               quickly, now in our times.
