          “Congratulations! Your future begins
          tomorrow! We are very proud of you and
          we expect you to excel You are “Lions”
          at heart, so continue to serve. Wherever
          your path may lead, there will be an op-
          portunity to serve.  Your village is wait-
          ing for you to be of service to others.  We
          will serve together.”

          “I salute all the graduates and I am so
          proud that you continued to serve safely
          during the pandemic.
          “It was a pleasure reading each of the 7
          essays, submitted for the PDG Leo Lead-
          ership Award.  But it was a very difficult
          task to select a winner because the sub-
          missions were excellent pieces of writing.
          Each was well organized and demonstrat-
          ed a clear knowledge of The Writing
          Process.  Each applicant will be rewarded
          with a gift bag of PPE and $100 gift card
          from the sponsors, The 20-K1 PDG Asso-
          ciation. The winner is Leo David Farquar
          (Central Brooklyn)

          The incoming LDC is Lion Stephanie
          Simeon who is looking forward to a pro-
          ductive LY 2021 - 2022.
