                                Peristomal Skin Condition




                               Pyoderma Gangrenosum(PG)-
                                Rare inflammatory skin disorder
                                 seen in patients with
                                 inflammatory bowel disease. The
                                 lesions are ulcerated with dusky
                                 red to purplish margins. the
                                 lesions can be painful. Cause is
                                 unknown

                                Wart-like lesions are usually
                                cause by urine pooling on the
                                skin for extended period of
                                time.
                                Management
                                 Use skin barrier around   stoma
