                                                   DUAL BLADE INSTALLATION


          1. Positioning and orientation  •   The contact angle should be 30° tangent to the anilox roller.
                                       •      To obtain optimum blade performance.


          2. Angle                     •      Depends on rotation, the twin blade positioned straight on the top of the ink chamber.
                                       •      Bevel tip was point away from the roll or towards the chamber to prevent streaking.
                                       •      positions of dual blades are adjustable.


          3. Pressure                  •      light pressure between the anilox roller and blades is require to produce a  clean wip-
                                              ing action.
                                       •      The recommended pressure is 25 to 30 lbs. or 1.7 to 2 bars
