IMPLEMENTATION OF
PROJECT
Objectives 1. To raise awareness among the youths on the importance of acquiring skills in the managing an
organization.
2. To train the youths to be more efficient in managing the organization in theory and practice.
3. To become a platform for the rural youths to voice out their ideas and experiences in managing
organisations.
Methodology 1. Youth transformation module (Trans-B) for the human capital development.
2. Youth transformation module application (Trans-B) for the human capital development.
Activities 1. Module enhancement process.

4. Module delivery process to the youth.
5. Feedback gathering from youth.
6. Publishing magazines/articles on the youth development process.
7. Development of Trans-B application.
8. Participating in university, national and international level competitions.
Output
Industry 1. Encourage the boost in socioeconomic among the locals.
2. New experiences for the youth association in familiarising wih university’s environment as the program
was carried out in the university.
3. Boost the socioeconomic in the area outside of the participating areas (Kuantan, Cherating and
Genting Highland).
4. New fieldwork experiences gained by the participants at Hospital Tengku Ampuan Afzan, Kuantan
Pahang.
5. Exposure and experience of using high-tech and cutting-edge facilities at university’s labs.
Public Higher 1. Modules for the participants are in process of enhancement and will be published soon. 02

Learning Institute 2. A book with the compilation of articles on Trans-B is 95% in publishing process.
3. Participated in International Conference on Knowledge Transfer (ICKT’15) at Putrajaya on 1-3
December 2015.
4. Development of Web Apps (Trans-B).
5. Participated in Creation, Innovation ,Technology & Research Exposition (CITREX) 2015 UMP
(Gold Medal).
6. Participated in International Invention & Innovation Exhibition (ITEX) 2015 at the Kuala Lumpur
Convention Centre (KLCC) ( Silver Medal).
7. Participated in National University Carnival E Learning (NUCEL 2015) at UPSI on 14-15 December 2015.
( Gold Medal).
Human Capital 1. Graduate Intern gained exposure and knowledge on youth and administration issues.
Development 2. Module developers able to produce modules that can cater the need of the youth.
PROBLEMS IDENTIFIED
1. There were difficulties in generating funds for each participants to execute their projects which was structured from
the knowledge transferred and obtained from the module.
