2020 Bank On Washington Forum Speakers

Terrence Cabiao, United Way of King County

Terrence Cabiao is a Program Coordinator at United Way of King
County. He focuses on tax site operations as well as supporting
volunteers for the campaign. He conducts community outreach and
provides logistical support for Site Managers and AmeriCorps
members.

Before his current position, he was an AmeriCorps VISTA with the
Free Tax Preparation Campaign. He spent six years in an active
and reserve role in the U.S Army Military Intelligence branch of the
Department of Defense, expanding government programs that help
vulnerable communities worldwide. He also worked in Human
Resources at Asian Counseling Referral Services, empowering
social workers to help the community with culturally appropriate
services.

Terrence received a B.A. from Western Washington University and a
Master of Nonprofit Leadership, and a U.S. Army Commission from
Seattle University.
