The Vibe
We’re not your typical stuffy corporate entity. We’re a close-knit family here at iLevel Brands. We work
hard to present a professional, business-like demeanor while maintaining a personal connection to our
clients. Be friendly. Be professional. Make a good impression. Show that you care. Make our clients feel
like they are number one! Know your job. Excel at it. Stretch yourself. Sell. Support. Together, we are a
Success.
What to Wear
Working from home? Wear anything that helps you be productive. Those of us who don’t go out on the
road often wear our PJs or sweats.
Traveling and doing store visits? The PJs are going to have to go. Business casual is the look for you.
Nothing fancy, but let’s not be too casual. Spaghetti straps and tank tops are out. Collared shirts and
khakis are in. Be clean. Be neat. Be comfortable.
Attending a tradeshow? Business casual applies here too—at least from the ankles up. You’ll be on your
feet, possible walking for miles. Wear comfortable shoes. Keep your feet happy with clean and comfy
footwear.
Your Podio Photio
No need to have a professional photo shoot, but a nice picture makes a good impression. Our clients
have access to Podio, and they can see the profile photos we post. Business casual is a good rule of
thumb for our photos.
What to Expect During Your First Weeks
A new job can be exciting, maybe a little nerve-wracking, and sometimes overwhelming. Relax, breathe.
We’re here to equip you and help you start off with a bang. Here’s what you can expect the first week or
so at iLevel.
Paperwork
There’s no good synonym for paperwork. It’s a fact of life, a necessary evil. But it is IMPORTANT, so
please take it seriously. Fill things out completely and return them upon request.
