We’ll need your signed work agreement, a non-disclosure (NDA) agreement, benefits forms (you must
complete these whether you accept or waive benefits), a short bio of yourself. You’ll receive specific
instructions from HR. Follow them; ask questions if you need to. We’re here to help.

Learning the Ropes

Expect to be spending hours your first week or two being trained by your hiring manager. You’ll be given
access to a variety of accounts: email, Podio, Turnpike. Our HR and Business Services teams will
inundate you with information and instructions. Not to worry; there’s so much to learn and you’ll have
lots of questions. We don’t mind—ask away, ask over and over if need be.

Business Cards

Our HR team will order your business cards on the day your start. You’ll receive them at your home
address within 2 or 3 weeks.

Company Credit Card

If you’re a sales rep, you’ll get a company American Express card. On the day you start, our HR team will
order your AmEx card. It will arrive within 3 to 5 days. Charges will go directly to iLevel, but you are
ultimately responsible for appropriately using the card solely for iLevel business. See the Expenses
section for guidelines on purchases.
