Parking & Tolls

iLevel Brands will reimburse team members for reasonable parking and tolls. Original receipts should be

kept on file and made available at iLevel’s request.

Miscellaneous Transportation

iLevel Brands will reimburse team members for taxi, bus, subway, metro, ferry, and other modes of
transportation. Original receipts should be kept on file and made available at iLevel’s request.

Rental Vehicles

iLevel Brands will pay for approved use of a rental vehicle under the following guidelines:

Reimbursement for a commercial rental vehicle as a primary mode of transportation is
authorized only if the rental vehicle is more economical and efficient than any other type of

public or private (i.e. taxi) transportation.

iLevel Brands authorizes reimbursement for the most economic vehicle available with daily car

rental rates averaging $45.00 to 60.00 per day. Drivers must adhere to the rental requirements

and restrictions.

iLevel Brands will not reimburse team members who purchase additional coverage, as most
personal insurance policies and the company AmEx card usually provide coverage.

Always fill the gas tank before returning the vehicle to the rental agency to avoid service fees
and more expensive fuel rates.
