Corporate Address

iLevel Brands’ “corporate” office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. But, we’re national, and we need
to work with one another and with our clients across different time zones. In general, our work hours
are 8:30 to 5:00 during your time zone, but please be reasonably accommodating to team members and
clients by re-arranging your hours as needed.

Our corporate address (the address associated with your company AmEx card) is 5505 S. Chadwick
Drive, Rogers, AR 72758, 404.425.4301.

The Perks

Vacation

Employees get ten vacation days per year. Independent Contractors also get up to ten non-working days
over the course of any calendar year during which their contract falls.

Holidays

We are closed on the following days, so you can enjoy time off with family and friends:

Labor Day
Memorial Day
July 4
Thanksgiving
The Friday after Thanksgiving
Christmas Day

You can also take three other days, i.e. Personal Days, to take time off as needed. If you need more time
off for religious observance, talk to David directly.

Independent Contractors—take these holidays off at your own discretion.
