While a DOR gives individuals a focus, it is important to understand that on someone’s day off, their responsibilities will
need to be assumed by the remaining management team. Communication, teamwork and partnerships will be critical to
ensure every task gets done in time for the customer.
As we improve communications from Home Office, we will look for ways to help better direct communications, checklists
and tips to each DOR.
