Constantly engage the customer in front of you and other customers in line at same time in a loud and confident
voice. They will know you are aware they are there!
Reassure them of quick processing times – have a FA assigned to line management / engaging customers in line
during peak days/periods.
Compliment and reinforce choices offering personal testimony when possible with PACE
Offer pre-determined add on at the cash desk.
Encourage her to join our database by starting with capturing customer email – great time of year to collect new
emails to reach new customers throughout the year.
Thank customer sincerely for shopping / visiting our store and invite them to return.
