BREAK AWAY STATEMENTS

What is it? Break Away Statements are to be used to engage (touch) multiple customers in the store at one time during
high traffic periods. Use Break Away Statements consistently during peak periods to increase the number of customers
we inspire and to ensure all customers are acknowledged and know how important they are to us.

Welcome to Reitmans, what a great day to shop with us. You will find our latest holiday collection on the right side of
the store. I will give you a couple of minutes to have a look and will be right over to show you our newest trend items
that would make great gifts (or for yourself!).

Trying On Moment /

What great holiday outfits you are trying on. I can’t wait to see how the other holiday sweater you choose looks with
those pants. While you are trying them on, I’ll go get a size for another customer and come right back to see the outfit.

Look how amazing the outfit from our X collection looks on you. The top goes perfectly with the other pants you
have to try. I’ll just go put back this top and I’ll bring you back a blazer that I think will complete the look.
I love the jacket with that blouse, and with those jeans I think you have a fantastic outfit. Let me get a size for a
customer in the fitting room and you can show me how it looks all together.
