7.9.1.4 SkyDemon
It is probably mostly in preparation for the theory exam that we are doing flight
planning today, which you will review in the following.
Today, there are various electronic aids for preparing flights, such as SkyDemon,
which many people will probably use rather than manual flight planning.
Therefore, here you will get a very brief description of SkyDemon.
With SkyDemon, you can quickly print out a completed operational flight plan,
where the program has retrieved meteorological information about weather and
NOTAMS, as well as information about the airport's runways and their lengths.
You can also send your flight plan via SkyDemon.
