            Employee communication materials
are always available for a variety of
            topics, many include video training
            and easy online enrollment.

We also have health analytic tools that provide an innovative and revolutionary technology plat-
form for our self-insured clients and fully-funded clients. We use these systems/tools to analyze

claims. Our system, incorporated with John’s Hopkins University (JHU) and Lane School of Medicine
at Stanford University enables full visibility into health conditions and risk stratification, all while

predicting ultimate costs associated with the continued utilization based on patterned utilization
          metrics.

It is through our strategic relationship with Johns’ Hopkins University that benchmarking and data

analyses can be conducted using creditable, specific and sensitive epidemiological data points to
predict losses before they are incurred. It is through the JHU model that The Arc San Francisco

will understand its risks, its population’s health and health challenges and appropriate strategies
to mitigate those exposures. The ACG system with JHU establishes plan rates based on utilization,

clinical burden, projected and expected resource utilization factors, treatment and prognosis out-
          comes and stop loss contracts.
