        37. What resources does your company have to assist with wellness initiatives?


         The client will be assigned a Wellness Manager to help develop a wellness pro-gram as well as
         managing and planning health fairs and soliciting wellness vendors for alternative medicine, well-

         ness platforms and health intervention strategies. We partner with the carriers to provide low-cost

         wellness tools and create a plan using these tools. Knowing which carriers offer wellness programs,
         especially those that are free, and promoting them effectively is cru-
         cial. If the client is interested in investing in a platform with an

         outside vendor, we will also manage this process and connect

         the client with the best vendors in the marketplace. We have                         Our
