A live documentation of the patient experiences, medical details and signs of effectiveness of the
treatment is maintained by a wellness app. This information is used to form a collective pool of
data which serves as proof for the impact of the service. A digital platform accessible to the users
provides them with details of their treatment, the stages of healing and information based on
collective effectiveness of ISM for the particular illness, thereby removing the sense of uncertainty
associated with ISM’s timelines of healing. The information provided on this document is visualised
so as to make it easily readable, and inclusive. The digital platform also serves as an online chat or
video call service for the patient to keep in touch with the doctor for follow-up consultation.
