          The  teaching  of  thermochemistry  requires  students  to  identify  and  distinguish
          different  types  of  enthalpy  for  various  thermochemical  equations.  The  inability  of
          students to master the skill in writing thermochemical equations will cause difficulty
          in  students  to  solve  thermochemical-related  questions.  Based  on  three  years
          observations,  students  generally  underperformed  in  quizzes  and  examinations
          when  answering  thermochemistry  related  problems.  CAR-Table  is  a  learning
          module  that  aims  to  minimise  the  problem  faced  by  students  when  writing  the
          thermochemical equations. CAR-Table used the concept of mnemonic and pattern
          recognition to improve the student’s skill and knowledge retention. The module was
          designed  by  using  the  ADDIE  model  and  the  effectiveness  of  the  module  was
          assessed by using the Quasi-experimental research design. The client experience
          while using this module was collected through semi-structured interview sessions
          and  the  feedback  were  used  to  improve  the  module  in  every  ADDIE  cycle.  This
          module  can  be  used  by  any  chemistry  teacher  and  students  who  studied
          thermochemistry.

          Aplikasi  sistem  yang  dibina  secara  prosedural  ini  dapat  menghasilkan  templat
          pengisian maklum balas yang praktikal dari aspek rangkaian komunikasi dua hala.
          Inovasi  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengemukakan  satu  kaedah  alternatif  bagi
          penambahbaikan pengurusan maklum balas dialog prestasi atau mesyuarat secara
          berstruktur  dan konsisten.  Kaedah  konvensional pengurusan maklum  balas  yang
          kurang  sistematik  menyebabkan  dapatan  maklum  balas  sukar  dikompilasi,
          dianalisis dan ditafsir. Kekangan ini merencatkan proses  merencana intervensi dan
          menetapkan  strategi  berfokus.  Prosedur  kerja  eMB’TARA  merujuk  Program
          Transformasi Daerah (DTP) 3.0 bagi semua dialog prestasi atau mesyuarat yang
          dilaksanakan  di  Pejabat  Pendidikan  Daerah  Klang.  eMB’TARA  dibangunkan
          menggunakan  aplikasi  google  form,  mesra  pengguna  dan  mudah  diurus,  yang
          distrukturkan  untuk  menghasilkan  satu  templat  maklum  balas  elektronik.
          Penggunaan secara efisien dapat ditunjukkan melalui aspek praktikal iaitu tempoh
          maklum  yang  diterima,  penjelasan  kandungan,  penyediaan  pelan  tindakan,
