การนับ vessel ในการทำ PCI ให้นับเส้น ดังนี้ (ไม่นับแขนงเล็ก)

1. Left anterior descending coronary artery, LAD
2. Left circumflex artery, LCX
3. Right coronary artery, RCA

4. Left main (coronary artery), LM
หมายเหตุ กรณีการทำ PCI ที่ left main ซึ่งปกติไม่ควรทำ ต้องไปทำ CABG แต่ถ้ามีเหตุผล
จำเป็นต้องทำPCI ที่ left main และ LAD ถือว่าเป็น 2 vessels ใส่ stent 3 เส้น ซึ่งจะได้รหัส
