DAY 3
The third day was dedicated to our beautiful city's tour and turned out to be quite
eventful. Students visited the famous temple of lord Krishna- the ISKCON temple. Intricate
carvings and fascinating statues caught the attention of the French students. Then, they were
taken to a small ashram on the outskirts of Bangalore city where they were warmly welcomed
by young and talented girls. This was followed by a typical Indian meal at the ashram. While
returning, students saw the Vidhan Soudha and the Bangalore high court.
DAY 4
The fourth day of Frendia was a
French group on Yoga session
regular school day for the Indian kids. While
the students of DPS missed their partners, the
French were engaged in a special yoga session
conducted by Satish Sir. Along with this they
also had a Bollywood dance session with Tincy
Ma’am who ensured that everybody move to
her beats.
DAY 5 DAY 6 AND 7
Day five included a Sanskrit class and a super fun treasure hunt in our school. The
weekend was for the French children to spend time with their host families. Many Indian
families took their kids out on road trips to beautiful places like Mysore, Ooty, Bannerghatta
etc. Others used the weekend to spend quality time with relatives and shopping. Students had
a blast with their families and took with them a memorable weekend.
