Participants  showed    their  oratory  skills  in  ‘Vortagende’.  ‘Nerdissence’  was  the  senior  fashion
          show, with students reflecting the culture of science on the ramp, and ‘Cymeriad’ was the junior
          fashion show, where participants recreated the spirit of their favorite superheroes. ‘The Ball’ was
          the  team  dance  event,  where  performances  incorporated  the  technique  of  using  dance  in  the
          treatment  of  disorders  and  rehabilitation.  ‘Shoot  to  Thrill’  was  the  photography  contest  and
          ‘Timeline’ saw participants create their own timelines about science and sport. ‘Pick Pack’ was an
          event for escorting teachers, where they created videos from photographs. ‘Ferrous Wheel’ was a
          scientific car race requiring a love for racing and a knack for science.



          Students  from  the  ninth  to  twelfth  participated  in  the  Yoga  competition,  one  of  the  six  pure
          sporting  events  at  the  fest.  Athletes  ran  a  100m  sprint  and  a  400  m  relay,  while  Futsal  kept
          players under 18 busy. Individual and team relay swimming competitions took place over the two
          days. Individual and mixed double matches in tennis were on the first day, while the basketball
          tournament on the next day was the highlight of the sports arena, delighting the spectators.


          Delhi Public School thanks all those who participated in the various events and look forward to
          hosting the fourth consecutive fest in 2017.
