Impressions Aurum (Juniors)

Delhi Public School Bangalore (North) for the first time
in Bangalore hosted the Junior Impressions Aurum 2016
-17 which was a perfect confluence of science and sports.
The occasion was graced and inaugurated by Dr.
Prashant Mathur, Director- National Centre for Disease
Informatics and Research( NCDIR). An array of inter
school competitions were conducted to generate a spirit
of curiosity in students and merge the enthusiasm of
sports in a fun filled way.

The aim was to identify the talent in our children and
further help them to choose their career and make them Lighting of the Lamp
confident and responsible individuals. Our vision to inte-
grate competitive sports, yoga and athletics in the curric- Chief Guest addressing the students
ulum and associate health and social skills.

The response received was overwhelming and more than
2500 students from many prestigious schools participat-
ed and enjoyed winning accolades in the campus of DPS
Bangalore (North) at Impressions Aurum 2016-17.

A large number of children participated with zeal and
enthusiasm in all the activities. Science and Sports re-

lated activities such as Best out of waste, Treasure hunt,
Yoga, collage making, Obstacle race-speed bumps, JAM,
Fancy dress and other activities were designed and con-
ducted at various levels which brought out the best in
children.
