Book Release - “Empowering Minds and Building Dynamic
Organisations”

12 th February 2017 marked an important date in this academic year's calendar. The book –

‘Empowering. Minds and Building Dynamic Organisations’ by Professor. M. A. Ataulla
was released at Iris Hotel, Bangalore. The book is a compilation of Ataulla sir's work throughout

his life in the field of Organizational Psychology. It enables the readers to understand how to
lead effectively so that they can bring out the strengths of the employees. The book also

emphasizes on some of the most interesting psychology theories such as Transactional Analysis
by Eric Berne, Johari Window, and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy. This event was graced

by the presence of Sri. K. Rahman Khan, Pro Vice Chairman DPS Bangalore, Mrs Ayesha
Rehman Khan and family. The Principals and staff of schools under the KKECT were also

present.
