Calling all cooks, calling all cooks!!


         Your help is needed.  One thing I know about
         Trinity is that the members here are great cooks!!
         It's truly a gift of this congregation.  The Garden
         team thought since we have such amazing cooks
         that it would be great if we could get some of you
         to share your recipes using the various vegeta-
         bles we are producing this year.  We would like to
         add these to the CSA boxes as a kind of added
         bonus to those who have purchased our boxes.
         Not everyone is familiar with every vegetable and
         how it can be used in cooking, so making sug-
         gestions is a nice thing to do. Below is the list of
         the veggies we will be producing, so if you have
         a recipe using one or more of those we would be
         grateful if you would share it--just drop it off or
         better yet, email it to us at
         office@trinitydurand.com!

         Tomatoes, sweet bell peppers, egg plant, brussel sprouts, broccoli, onions, green
         onions, shallots, radishes, carrots, beets, cucumbers, green beans, peas, yellow
         squash, lettuce, spinach, swiss chard, cabbage, kohlrabi, dill, basil, thyme, cilantro,
         and rosemary
