Calling all cooks, calling all cooks!!
Your help is needed. One thing I know about
Trinity is that the members here are great cooks!!
It's truly a gift of this congregation. The Garden
team thought since we have such amazing cooks
that it would be great if we could get some of you
to share your recipes using the various vegeta-
bles we are producing this year. We would like to
add these to the CSA boxes as a kind of added
bonus to those who have purchased our boxes.
Not everyone is familiar with every vegetable and
how it can be used in cooking, so making sug-
gestions is a nice thing to do. Below is the list of
the veggies we will be producing, so if you have
a recipe using one or more of those we would be
grateful if you would share it--just drop it off or
better yet, email it to us at
office@trinitydurand.com!
Thank you for your participation!!
