   right corner.

g- A letter: a written message from one person to another
   usually put in an envelope and sent by the post.

• Example:
- The customer received a letter from British Air confirming

   his booking.

h- A business letter: a formal letter utilised for a business-to-
   business, a business-to-customer, or customer-to-business
   correspondence. It is usually a letter from one company to
   another, or a letter sent amongst companies and
   organisations and their customers as well as other external
   parties.

• Example:
- I need to write a reply to the business letter of Pearl

   Tours.

i- A letter of introduction – an introduction letter: A letter
   sent by one person to another, as an introduction to a third
   party.
