   of his newly opened travel agency.

j- A letter of enquiry – an enquiry letter "British English"
   = A letter of inquiry – an inquiry letter "American
   English": A letter sent to request information.

• Example:
- In his last a letter of enquiry, Mr. Connery wanted to

   inform us about the latest tourism programmes.

k- A letter of booking – a booking letter = A letter of
   reservation – a reservation letter: A letter sent by a
   customer to book a type of service e.g. a hotel room, an
   airline ticket, or participating in an event.

• Example:
- In her last letter of booking, Mrs. Green wanted to book a

   ticket to Edinburgh.

l- A Letter of cancellation – a cancellation letter: A letter
   sent if a customer wants to cancel an account or service
   with another party or a company.
