the establishment of inspection departments, the advent of
quality control departments, the development of quality
assurance departments and the current proliferation of total
quality management departments.
There are 9 levels of quality management:

2-4-1 Quality Inspection
The success of any quality assurance/ quality control
program depends mainly on an effective inspection program
with a philosophy that the earlier a defect or nonconformity is
detected, the more the organization can save.
