      Ishikawa who is considered the father of total quality
control (TQC) reported some advantages of implementing TQC
as follows:

   customer.
   2. To build quality into products that can always satisfy.
   3. To upgrade products and to raise profit.
   4. To establish a health character for the operation to give it
   a competitive edge.
   5. To develop the most up to date products and to improve
   quality assurance system.
   6. To create a cheerful work place and show respect for
   humanity through quality control circles with all-member
   participation.

      Quality circles are defined as “a group of four to twelve
people, usually coming from the same work area, who
voluntarily meet on a regular basis to identify, analyze and
solve their own work related problems and present solutions to
