      The most effective service organizations base their
operation on four key points. First, make time to listen to,
understand and respond in a timely manner to changing guest
wants, needs and expectations. Second, hospitality business
must create and communicate to the guest a well-defined, guest
– inspired service strategy. Third, every attempt must be made
to develop and maintain guest – friendly service delivery
system. Last, it is very important to hire, train, inspire and
develop guest – oriented front line people.

      Offering good food and good service are not enough to
attract and retain guests. to gain a competitive advantage in
today's market, restaurants have attempted to offer meals that
are good values, healthy and nutritious menu items and
favorable ambiance to attract guests. The key to a successful
operation is to develop the right concept, execute it skillfully,
give timely service and meet guest expectations.
