1-4.2 Institutional Food Service Operations
      Institution as a term refers to a wide variety of service

organizations, public and private attend to another public needs,
like schools, hospitals, nursing – home and prisons.

Non commercial food service consists of all food service

operations that ore classified as not for profit and includes the

following                                 segments:
