Public Information Officer (PIO) Activities of the Year

The Public Information Committee and PIO arranged to subsidize Yankees vs. Houston Astros
baseball tickets for the June 26th game. This event is one of the member benefit programs of
NYSAGD.

The Committee has arranged lunch-and-learn programs in the past for graduating dental stu-
dents, but due to Covid-19, the dental schools have temporarily stopped allowing these pro-
grams. We will resume these events as soon as the schools allow it.

The Membership and Dental Education Committees, along with the PIO, are planning a family
friendly Spring 2023 weekend “get-away” outing with continuing education courses. Please
stay tuned for complete information on this program by going to the NYSAGD website or
contacting Paula Bostick, Executive Director of the NYSAGD.
