Both methods effectively correct misalignments, with

adjustments and shorter treatment times. Moreover, clear
aligners favor oral health benefits slightly, suggesting
easier maintenance and better overall patient compliance
than traditional braces. However, it is crucial to tailor
orthodontic treatment plans based on advancements in
aligner technology and the proven effectiveness of tradi-
tional braces. Considering patient preferences, the com-
plexity of the case, and desired outcomes, informed by
the latest research and clinical expertise, is essential for
